Craftworks Kitani held its first craft show in 2017, where we gathered more than 10 artisans and crafters to showcase and promote their products to the public for two days at Mabohai Shopping Complex. Since then, we have done a few more shows, and now we are on our latest offering - the new website! We have so many ideas to implement, but we are a very small team, so we hope that our fellow crafters in Brunei and in the region, as well as our customers can be patient and enjoy the journey we are on!

If you have read our story, then you will know that Craftworks Kitani is the result of a collaboration between Yee Kuan (YKS Crafts Paradise) and Lisa Ahmad (Kaleidoscope Studio). We created CWK because of our shared love and appreciation for everything hand-made, and ultimately with the intentions of advocacy for crafters and artisans - providing a platform where we can assist connecting local crafters with their dream clients.
With big changes happening recently due to COVID, we saw a need to adapt and also take the time to savour special moments. With this in mind, the new Craftworks Kitani is focused on collaborations with artisans, and offerings that helps customers with creating new memories. Which brings us to our latest initiative - The CWK Gift Box.
We created the Gift Box as an alternative to mass produced gifting, but also as way to support our artisans. We understand that at times, there can be gap between what consumers are looking for, and what local crafters are producing. So we decided to close this gap, and aim to create long-term partnerships with artisans to produce products desired and demanded by customers.
